St. John Broken Arrow to Host Free Orthopedics Seminar
TULSA, Okla. (May 31, 2017) — St. John Broken Arrow will host a free seminar on thumb pain Thursday, June 8, from 6-7 p.m. If pinching, snapping or gripping causes you thumb pain, you may have basal joint arthritis, a common ailment that occurs due to everyday wear and tear on the joint. Jessica Childe, DO, MS, orthopedic surgeon from Tulsa Bone & Joint Associates, will discuss the causes of basal joint arthritis and the many treatment options that exist to help manage the pain.
The seminar will be in Room 145 of the St. John Broken Arrow Medical Office Building, 800 W. Boise Circle. Attendees should park in front of the Medical Office Building for easiest access to the conference room. The seminar is free, but registration is required.
