Jane Phillips Wellness Connection Offers Super Saturday: Golf Strength and Conditioning on April 6

Jane Phillips Wellness Connection is offering “Super Saturday: Golf Strength and Conditioning” on Saturday, April 6 at 9 a.m. in the group exercise studio on the lower level at Jane Phillips Medical Center.

If you’re a golfer looking to improve your game, then this class is for you. Participants will learn exercises to strengthen the abdominal, back and hip muscles as well as other muscles utilized in golf. These exercises will improve your posture and the distance you strike the ball. Adults of all ages are invited to join us for this free event.
