Super Saturday: Strength for Everyday Living workshop June 30

Functional strength training involves performing exercises utilizing resistance, where the strength improvement directly impacts your ability to perform daily activities.

Join the Jane Phillips Wellness Connection staff at 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 30, for “Super Saturday: Strength for Everyday Living” in the group exercise studio in the lower level at Jane Phillips Medical Center.

In this special, one-hour workshop, participants will learn how to increase strength for activities of daily living using functional strength training (FST). Our trained professionals will discuss in more detail what FST is and interactively demonstrate a variety of exercises that you can use to build your functional strength, making your everyday activities easier to perform.
