Super Saturday at the Jane Phillips Wellness Connection

Have you ever been curious about indoor cycling, ever thought you might like Pilates, or wonder why people rave about their group fitness class?

There are many benefits to participating in a group exercise class versus exercising independently. “Class participants get a workout that requires no prior exercise knowledge or experience because the instructors design safe and effective workouts. A consistent schedule and the accountability factor help people stick with their exercise routine. And perhaps most of all, participants love the social and fun environment,” states Dawn Lundwall, Jane Phillips manager of wellness services.

Come experience these benefits for yourself on “Super Saturday” at the Jane Phillips Wellness Connection. On Saturday, January 27, 2018, the Wellness Connection is offering samples of group exercise classes. Moderate to high intensity classes will be previewed at 8:30 a.m. and low impact classes at 10:00 a.m.  Adults of all skill levels are invited to join us for this fun event with door prizes and special offers.
