FlowCo Fall Information Meeting Scheduled August 7 at Jane Phillips Medical Center
BARTLESVILLE, OK (July 28, 2017) – The FLOWco (Fitness Lovers of Washington County) fall session information and registration meeting will be held Monday, Aug. 7 at 6 p.m. in the first floor classroom at Jane Phillips Medical Center, 3500 S.E. Frank Phillips Boulevard, Bartlesville. Come find out more about this free community fitness walk/run program.
The hour-long FLOWco meeting will explain details of the program, answer questions, and register those excited about getting healthier with a fun group
All fitness levels are welcome. Walk/run groups include beginning, intermediate, and advanced to build endurance, speed and distance. The goal of the program is for participants to be able to complete a 5K at the end of the ten-week session. The FLOWco fall session begins Monday, Aug. 14 at 6 p.m. in Sooner Park.

FLOWco is a project of the Preventative Health Partnership (PHP), a sub-committee of the Washington County Wellness Initiative, and is sponsored by the City of Bartlesville, Jane Phillips Medical Center, and the Washington County Health Department.
