Jane Phillips Medical Center Offers "Take A Moment for Your Heart" Luncheon

Jane Phillips Medical Center and BlueStem Cardiology are partnering with you to build a healthier, stronger legacy one heart at a time. Plan to attend “Take A Moment For Your Heart” on Friday, February 12 at the Bartlesville Community Center from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Jane Phillips Medical Center and BlueStem Cardiology are partnering with you to build a healthier, stronger legacy one heart at a time. Plan to attend “Take A Moment For Your Heart” on Friday, February 12 at the Bartlesville Community Center from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The guest speakers will be the following advanced practice providers from BlueStem Cardiology:

  •  Andrea Dryden, APRN, CVNP-BC
  •  Carrie Platt, APRN, CVNP-BC
  •  Mollie Bechtleheimer, APRN-CNP
  •  Heather Stapp, APRN-CNS
  •  Lacy Jo Graham, APRN-CNP
  •  Melissa Moore, PA-C

They will discuss:

  • Sign and symptoms of heart disease
  • Prevention and treatment of heart disease
  • Importance of knowing your heart risk numbers
  • Cardiac testing
  • Hypertension
  • Cholesterol
  • Tobacco cessation
  • Physical activity
  • Diabetes

BlueStem Cardiology and Jane Phillips Medical Center have consistently earned awards and recognition from the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association for treatment of heart attack patients.

The luncheon is open to the public and is for both men and women and will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Bartlesville Community Center. Registration begins at 11 a.m.

Cost for the program which includes a heart healthy lunch is a $5 or more donation to the Bluestem Foundation for Jane Phillips Medical Center’s Heart Program.

Registration is required one week prior to the luncheon, but space is limited so be sure to register early.
