Start your 2014 in a Fit Frame of Mind with the St. John Health Club Fitness Class Sampler

 

The St. John Siegfried Health Club will offer its annual New Year's Day Group Fitness Sampler day to help you get your 2014 started right. Join us at the Health Club, 1819 E. 19th Street /Mary K. Chapman Health Plaza, to learn about St. John Health Club and sample a few of our favorite classes. 

New Year's Day workouts are free to non-members. We want to help you start your new year in the right direction. Already a member? Bring a friend.  

Schedules
 

Studio One

  • 11-11:30 a.m. = Tabata with Linda
  • Noon-12:30 p.m. = Barre with Rebekah
  • 1-1:30 p.m. = PIYO with Debby
  • 2-2:30 p.m. = Zumba Toning with Mary
  • 3-3:30 p.m. = Bro-ga (Yoga for Men) with Amber
  • 4-4:30 p.m. = Pilates with Manasa

Studio Two

  • 9 - 9:45 a.m. = Spin with Ann W.
  • 10 - 11 a.m. = Yoga Flow with Sunny
  • Noon - 1 p.m. = Spin with Stefanie A.
  • 1:30 - 2 p.m. = H.I.T. with Jonathan
  • 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. = Power Yoga with Kathleen
  • 4 - 4:30 p.m. = Quick Spin with Sally

 

Holiday Club Hours

  • New Year's Eve = 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • New Year's Day = 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
