Visitors

Please visit between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to promote a quiet healing time for patients. To ensure an environment of rest and recovery for all our patients, we recommend only two visitors attend at a time. Larger groups of visitors may use one of our family lounges. People with colds, sore throats or other illnesses should not visit patients. 

Language Translation and Communication Assistance

In support of our mission to provide medical excellence, the St. John Health System offers language interpretive services to individuals with limited English proficiency (LEP), sign language interpreters or telecommunication devices for the deaf (TDD), and other reasonable communicative accommodations for those individuals with sensory disabilities (hearing, vision and/or speech) or cognitive impairment, all at no cost.

Smoking

St. John Sapulpa is a tobacco-free facility. No tobacco use or the sale thereof is permitted in buildings or on properties by employees, patients, visitors or the general public. Tobacco products include pipes, smokeless tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, snuff and herbal tobacco products.

Veterans Choice

Veterans are now able to receive care from St. John Health System doctors through the Veterans Choice Program, giving veterans the choice to receive care at St. John locations throughout Oklahoma and southeast Kansas. Learn More

Free Wi-Fi

St. John offers high-speed wireless internet access free of charge to patients and guests.   If your computer or handheld device is Wi-Fi enabled, you can connect to the internet wirelessly in designated access areas. Look for “AH-GUEST” under your wireless options to access our system. Learn More

Gift Shop

The gift shops at St. John Medical Center, St. John Owasso, St. John Broken Arrow and St. John Sapulpa maintain a complete stock of gifts, sundries, magazines and St. John-branded items. Patient's Rights

The patient and the patient’s representative have the right in advance of furnishing or discontinuing medical care. The patient has the right to be notified of non-covered medical services. Service Animals

Service animals, as defined by the American Disability Act, are welcome in public areas of the hospital, or limited patient care areas, as long as the service animals can be with the handler/or handler designee at all times while in the hospital.
