St. John Broken Arrow and Broken Arrow Public Schools Present Annual Community Health Fair
Event to offer free screenings, information and giveaways
Oct. 1, 2013 -- St. John Broken Arrow will join forces with Broken Arrow Public Schools to present the Broken Arrow Community Health Fair. The free event will be held Saturday, October 5, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Creekwood Elementary, 1301 E. Albany Street in Broken Arrow.
Attendees will receive free health services and screenings such as blood pressure checks, bone density tests, oxygen saturation readings, and physician and nurse consultations. Children are invited to bring their favorite stuffed toy for a check-up at the St. John teddy bear clinic.
Health fair attendees will also have an opportunity to interact with St. John health professionals to discuss relevant issues such as heart attack, stroke, cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), smoking cessation, diabetes and more.

St. John Health System’s newest facility, St. John Broken Arrow is a six-story, 44-bed hospital located at Elm (161st E. Avenue) and Albany (61st Street) in Broken Arrow.
