Community Health Fair
ST. JOHN Owasso IS AT HOME HERE IN Owasso, AND WE’RE COMMITTED TO PROMOTING HEALTHY LIFESTYLES IN OUR COMMUNITY ANNUALLY THROUGH OUR HEALTH FAIR.
St. John Owasso will join forces with Owasso Public Schools and Smith Farm Marketplace to present the Owasso Community Health Fair. The event will be held Saturday, October 12, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Smith Farm Marketplace, 96th Street N., west of U.S. 169 in the Target/TJ Maxx parking lot.
Attendees will receive free health services and screenings such as blood pressure checks, bone density tests, oxygen saturation readings, car seat inspections, and physician and nurse consultations. Children are invited to bring their favorite stuffed toy for a check-up at the St. John teddy bear clinic.
Health fair attendees will also have an opportunity to interact with St. John health professionals to discuss relevant issues such as heart attack, stroke, cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), smoking cessation, diabetes and more.
