Community Relations (Corporate)/PulseLine Position
St. John Health System is currently hiring a PulseLine representative based out of our Tulsa corporate office. St. John PulseLine is a free service designed to help St. John affiliates and the community locate a physician or receive a physician referral, schedule a class, or obtain information about programs or services offered by St. John. The PulseLine team is able to answer a variety of questions about types of physicians, classes and programs, services, health insurance, and many St. John events.
The PulseLine Representative assists the community by giving physician referrals, information on St. John programs and services, enrollment assistance for St. John classes and events, and price estimates for some procedures.
Experience/knowledge: This position requires someone with good communication, listening and organizational skills, and the ability to speak distinctly and pleasantly with a proficiency in correct grammar. A PulseLine representative must be able to convey ideas both verbally and in written form. The position requires knowledge with Windows operating system and basic proficiency in Microsoft Word. Previous experience in healthcare is desired, with knowledge of basic medical terminology and an understanding of medical specialties. Customer service experience is preferred.

The St. John Medical Center Emergency Department is a 36 bed Level II Trauma Center. Over 60,000 patients are treated yearly. Patients are zoned providing typical patient-nurse ratios of 3:1.
RN - Observation Unit
St. John Medical Center's new Observation Unit is designed to provide high-quality, personalized care for patients who require evaluation and treatment for a period of time between eight and 24 hours.

Pulmonary Services Neonatal Therapist - full-time day and night positions available.
Graduate of an accredited and approved Respiratory Therapist program. Three years experience in a level III NICU required. Previous neonatal ground and air transport experience preferred.
Neonatal Transport Coordinator position - Level III NICU experience and neonatal ground and air transport experience required. Oversight of transport program, and pulmonary service operations in the NICU.

Primarily responsible for patient care under the direction of a physician or mid-level provider in accordance with appropriate care standards, general office policy and procedures.
Business Operations Associate
Responsible for general admission, assembly of appropriate paper work, collection of insurance co-payments, accurate collection of patient information, and screening phone calls. Knowledge of insurance copays, deductible and out-of-pocket expenses helpful with the ability to collect at point of service.
