Non-discrimination Policy

St. John Health System does not exclude, deny benefits to, or otherwise discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, sex or age in admission to, participation in, or receipt of the services and benefits under any of its programs and activities, whether carried out by St. John Health System directly or through a contractor or other entity with which St. John Health System arranges to deliver programs and activities.

To facilitate the above, St. John provides, at no cost, appropriate auxiliary aids and services to individuals to Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals and individuals with impaired sensory or speaking skills. Your healthcare provider can assist you with your needs. 

Should an individual need assistance with the above, or believe that they have been discriminated against based upon a qualifying disability under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 or Section 1557 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, they may contact the following entity:
