Rehabilitation Programs

Rehabilitation can be the single most crucial element of healing, marking the difference between disability and return to a normal lifestyle. Combining patience with experience, St. John Rehabilitation Services helps patients regain motor skills and control of their lives.

Through acute, inpatient and outpatient care, we use a team approach to help you recover from many types of injuries and illness. From stroke and arthritis patients to injured workers, rehabilitation services help get you on your feet again.

St. John Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation services require a physician referral. Contact your insurance provider for specific information regarding your rehabilitation service coverage.
