Heart Disease Stories Needed
Are you or someone you know a woman who has been affected by heart disease? St. John Health System is pleased to partner with 108 Contemporary for Matters of Dis-Ease, an art exhibit of red dresses meant to bring attention to women’s cardiovascular disease. The artist, Susan Taber Avila, is collecting brief personal stories to include in the exhibit. We invite you to share these stories to be a part of the exhibition, held August 7-September 20 at 108 Contemporary in the Brady Arts District.
Transforming Primary Care
St. John Clinic primary care offices are among a select group of just 500 practice sites in the United States participating in the Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative, a federally sponsored program aimed at making primary care more patient-centered, comprehensive and coordinated.
